First off I really want to thank one of your stylist. Her name is April and she has been nothing short of phenomenal! When I get there she always greets my son and I with a smile. My son and I really enjoy coming to her because of how personable and friendly she is. She is a wiz with the shears and clippers and I couldn't be happier with the outcome of every haircut that we get. I love how critical she is even with the finishing because after washing my hair and just before the massage she sits the both of us down to reexamine her work and makes the minor adjustments that not only is important to her, but important to the customers. She has a customer first attitude and being a huge advocate that I am about customer service, she's a home run hitter in my book. Thank you April for all that you do for my son and I.
